Nazi Germany had the strongest in-group preference of any country that has ever existed. I'm an older brown guy and I experienced an extreme amount of racism growing up. The idea that whites have low in-group preference could not be further from the truth. When a neighborhood becomes 2% black or brown whites engage in white flight and flee. If you send a brown guy to a rural all-white town, the locals will try to lynch him. Every other race is more open to race mixing than whites.
