Precisely. Women lie naturally as a defense mechanism and as a weapon, because they evolved that way. They lie to protect themselves against the physically stronger man and also to manipulate him to do her bidding.
Convenience, they can just make up a lie and look cute and everyone will believe them, they can lie about everything and anything to change the story line

When a foids flakes on you she isn't going to say someone better asked her out or that she's using you for attention. She's going to lie about why she can't make the date so chad can dick her down instead and to keep you around feeding her ego.
And if she gets caught in her web of lies and manipulation she can play victim and say that's why she lies, to avoid confrontations with aggressive men. This is all bullshit, of course. If she was truthful people wouldn't get upset with her because they were lied to.

You’re saying it for how it really is. Women will justify lieing if they think the lies they use can keep them safe that’s why lieing is their defensive mechanism. To be fair lieing is not just the defence mechanism of just women most people will justify lieing to defend themselves if they think it will fool a potential enemy they see as a serious threat.
If a man believes a woman’s lies the man is seen as easy for the woman to use this is why so many women feel as if though they have the upper hand with lieing. This is why I do not give in to a demand for beleif if someone wants my beleif while never being able to prove their point because beleif is commonly seen as a tool for people who are east to manipulate
