Its true, especially working dogs like Border Collie, retrievers, hunting dogs etc etc etc. Either you have loads of time to spend outside in the park i.e retired or you have a large property with garden because those dogs need excercise and outdoors.

Its just physcological abuse to own one and keep the mutt locked up in the house whole day.
