It was originally used by Ron.Belgrade who I am assuming is a serb, since Belgrade is a city in Serbia. I guess people thought it was cool and decided to copy him and form a little Belgrade squad on the forum. Maybe Fat Link is adding Belgrade to random users' names, or maybe they are requesting it themselves idk.
