Why do so many foids like having long nails?

Too much dirt builds up behind them, I hate when mines even get slightly past my finger tips.

And they don’t make for great weapons either as they break too easily and cause little damage unless you go for eyes or genitals.

That being said, I do want a girl with long painted red or blue nails and soft oiled up hands to give me a handy .

Idk they just seem like a inconvenience, everytime my nails get long out of lazyness doing anything becomes just slightly more annoying specially typing it just feels wildly off, though medium length nails can be cute looking on a foid
