Because they're not any more conservative than the west. They are tradcucks not conservatives there's a difference. Tradcucks are obsessed with enforcing traditional social norms on men while allowing women the freedom to be whores and face no consequences. Tradcuckism is the worst of both worlds.

Good example is I was around some tradcucks and I was saying to have a traditional society you need to make it next to impossible to divorce, instead of easy divorce laws.. and you have to outlaw adultery.
None of them wanted those things they were big supporters of womens rights including abortions. Which in Russia not only are abortions legal, but the government pays for them for free for all Russian women.
