People who say fat people can loose weight easily don't have the same physiology. It's easy to tell someone to lose weight when you don't have the body that has the prepensity to put on weight easily.
It's the same reason that everyone who works out doesn't look jacked. You have an innate physiology that has different propensities.
When people notice that they get results from working out, they continue to work out to get jacked. If someone else works out and doesn't see the same results they are unlikely to continue.
