Put your clothes in your room, take a shower and afterwards, come back and smell it. You should be able to get a sense of whether or not you are musty or not.
Wash your sheets weekly and your clothes after 1-2 uses. You can also stink if you sweat a lot. Deodorant will work better to hide sweat stank, cologne will only make it worse if you are musty. Don’t forget to wash your smegma and dry your creases after showering either.

i apply deodorant in the morning, then put on cologne. i do wash my clothes regularly
I don’t think you stink then brocel, it sounds like confirmation bias. If you think you stink then you will always notice everyone that sniffs around you, whether they did it intentionally or not. I would ask someone that doesn’t live with you to give an honest opinion on your scent
