Prejudice, for the most part. Out of my conversations that I've had with guys that I've confessed my inceldom to, it usually just comes down to prejudice. I know we makes jokes about "if only we took showers lulz," but normroaches GENUINELY believe that all of us unironically never take showers or have basic hygiene. Out of every single guy I've had this conversation with, they have all asked me something along the lines of 'well, why don't you just take a shower and go outside?'
Every single time, they seem genuinely gobsmacked whenever I tell them that I do, and regularly at that.
Femroaches have really, really plagued the minds of guys. I, unfortunately, don't ever see that changing. Modern-day guys are just too prone to being cucked simps.

The rational conclusion, and the solution to inceldom, involves limiting foids' promiscuity, as well as some other restrictions. Gynocentric simps have a meltdown when someone suggests limiting foids' freedom to act like degenerate whores.

The existence and growing population of incels is some extremely uncomfortable truth. That some people literally just cant find a relationship and that the overwhelming portion of them is male challenges the current narrative and the NPCs fucking hate that. Trying to convince one that it genuinely isnt my fucking fault would necessarily involve it admitting that there is a social issue, which it will never do because than it could not be as woke, if at all.
Quick background: in my case, foids treated me without filter and none of that fake, sweet feminine charm that they reserve for guys in the 8+ looks; mid-tier looking guys are treated nicely for utilitarian reasons --- those become white knights that settle down when the sluts are approaching the wall. Me, being squarely in sub-5 territory, was treated like a subhuman piece of shit. I'm sure this experience mirrors many other incels.
