Gulf countries have a lot of Nigger migrants. Yet, they all behave and don't cause trouble, because, they fear the repercussions. So that's why there is virtually no crime in countries like Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, Saudi, Kuwait etc..
What's wrong with punishing crime, even petty crime harshly? People here will complain about how they fear Niggers, because, Niggers steal and kill.
