Why do normies watch documentaries about people like warren buffett?

Almost every single "success" story, it's either you get lucky, or you're born with an already well off family that kick starts your own "career". Almost every single millionare already had rich parents, who had rich parents themselves. They just glaze over that fact as if it didn't exist.

Yet normies just watch this shit anyway thinking that these millionares will just reveal all their secrets and give themselves more competition? I just really don't get this logic

Because they still believe in the notion that if you're working hard, and basically slave away all your life, you will eventually become successfull.
