This is not normal. This is a grown man engaging in a full-blown fantasy narrative where his dog is his human child. I checked his profile: no actual kids. This dog is his surrogate, a placeholder for the family he doesn't have.

If he's serious, it points to a loneliness and delusion that should be concerning. He's anthropomorphizing an animal to fill a void, treating a creature that licks its own genitals as a stand-in for a human connection he's failed to form. If it's for views, it's arguably more pathetic as he's willingly making himself look mentally unwell, commodifying his own sadness for online attention as a career path.

We're supposed to see this and go "aww, what a good dog dad!" instead of asking why so many people do this as their primary outlet for caregiving. You are expected to celebrate this guy who has been reduced to pushing a dog in a toy car because the real thing is too difficult, or simply out of reach.

I love my beast for I have dominion over it, but I do not pamper it in this manner.
