Most people with mental health problems can't even fucking afford therapy, shit is expensive it costs like 100 dollars an hour in the US. If most mentally ill people had enough money to afford that they wouldn't be depressed in the first place. Also, imagine paying that much amount of money just for someone to talk to you jfl. I would rather spend that money on drugs or prostitutes. That would probably improve my mental health more actually. And at the end of the day therapy isn't going to improve your natural genetic or life characteristics like being short, poor, low iq, autism, etc. It's all just about deluding yourself with cope. If anyone suggests for you to go to therapy rather than have a dialogue then you can automatically assume that person is a low iq retard.
