Why do most people with ptosis in one eye seem to be creepy weirdos?

To preface I have moderate ptosis in my left eye and I am admittedly an autistic degenerate creepy weirdo, but the thing is every other creepy perverted "weirdo" I've met irl or seen online has some degree of ptosis in one of their eyes, it's always unilateral ptosis too like the other eye is normal, either they're a perverted weirdo or they are just plain autistic as fuck, it's become so much of a pattern that I've started using as an identifier of who is a creepy weirdo, like those old men who comment creepy shit on young foids pictures, I've noticed an overwhelming majority of them have unilateral ptosis, seriously what's going on with this? Is there a correlation or am I losing my mind?

Looks like my definition of ptosis was wrong. On Google it shows people who have an eyelid that falls down. I thought ptosis was when your eyelids are normal but one of your pupil is looking somewhere else while the other is looking straight when talking to some1
