Serious Why do i respond to caffeine so weirdly

whenever i have a energy drink of caffeine tablet, i feel like im mentally relaxed and have much more stable emotions, but am physically stimulated, i thought its meant to be stimulating for your brain and body.

Caffeine below a certain threshold has little noticeable effect for me. Above that threshold it leads to racing thoughts, worse focus, and increased violent urges. I generally avoid it

In that case, stimulants calm the mind as op describes.

For mind stims try ginkgo biloba and/or "gotu COLA," herbs. They are also good for memory enhancing.

Most of the time I drink caffeine it actually drains me of my energy and makes me feel drowsy/lethargic. I can drink a can of RedBull and go straight to sleep with no issues if I want. Sometimes, I do get that energy boost though, but it's a gamble.
