If there is a legit rationalization for this is that the more pale the women, she looks more healthy because she is more "see-through" and also it's easier to think she doesn't have a disease or STD because it'd be easier to spot it. Medical schools tend to show pictures of visible diseases in white people because it's easier to see and understand the disease and also white = clean. I think they also have much smoother skin based on escorts i've done.
