my co-workers were bitching the entire time and trying to get others to hook em up with better jobs at better companies
i don't deny that americans can work hard and make good products. but americans want better pay or else they'll slack off, leave, and find something else. i'm not saying all but a lot
employers know this shit through years of experience and drool whenever they see applications from miguel, pablo, rahul, deepak, vishnu. or some dudes from nepal, kenya, or ethiopia. because those guys work harder and will actually stay
