Every time I open the comments on Instagram or play a game online I see the word or get called a foid for existing as a woman. It’s always so uncalled for, for example I was playing a spelling bee game on Roblox and someone kept calling me a foid over and over again? I ignored them and they eventually left, but it’s a kids game??? I’ve known of the term for a couple years now but I always thought it was used by a somewhat small group of people online. Now it’s everywhere. I’ve seen posts of other women speaking about their little brothers using this term. I stopped playing games and and I’m about to delete all socials because it’s getting to be too much. How in the world do kids know this term? What happened for it to become so popular all of a sudden?
