So if i get this nonsense right, the 'Chosen People' were miraculously freed from Egypt (where, there's zero archaeological evidence for any of this mass slavery), and instead of heading straight to the 'Promised Land', they just wandered around a relatively small desert for 40 years? Not because they got lost no, but because their god supposedly punished them for not having enough faith in his genocidal real estate plan. You ever look at a map? The Sinai is a tiny strip of land.
