in high school I was often picked on and beaten up by foids because I looked and acted weird. right after I dropped out and gave up alcohol as a religious routine I wanted to lock in, get jacked and essentially looksmax just so they'd be into me so I could turn them down. I'm a lazy bum though and rarely left the house so I gave up after two years, I realised I'd likely not even run into them and they'd probably still see me as a freak. Anyone else here get bullied by foids, if so how did/do you handle the lasting negative effects?

They ostracized me and constantly made fun of me (being into me was an insult used by them for example) but they never did anything physical to me.

Same here, from both genders. I got beaten up once or twice by other boys in my first year or two of school, and then it was just absolutely everyone making fun of me regularly.
