Yes, for the major cities at least. I guess Detroit got the worst of it because of the lost jobs. That being said most major cities are shitholes that are only good in certain areas.

White flight to be more precise, I went to Detroit and it was all niggers (however things have been more gentrified recently).

I went to Ann harbor and it was like 98% white people, they all fled the city once the factory work went to shit.
