I don't this MAID program will stop low IQ's from having children nor act as a successful eugenics program. The homeless only make up a small percentage of the Canadian population and Trudeau never said he was going to sterilize anyone with an IQ below X number. It will flush out the dregs of society but I don't expect it to have any wide scale effect on the genetic stock of its population.
