its been months since the last time ive rested before 11:59 pm, i fucking hae this shit i wake up feeling like shit and im awake too long and makes me feel like shit even more

My sleep has been horrible for years. Taking hours naps in the afternoon/evening and then being up most of the night (right now). It's just what tends to happen. In the absence of external structure I fall into a very predictable 4 am – noon/1 pm cycle.
