I strongly believe that they become more masculine for 2 separate reason. 1.To somehow "justify" that they are going for high status men, men who don't care about their degrees and heels and driving skills and shit anyway, and 2. Based on experience women hire other women, so in government jobs they just end up 80% women. In companies when they have been successful for a long time they hire women over qualified men and then those women only hire other women.
