Why Britain never colonized India very well

Its too hot for us to go to most of India and stay there. We only really could establish ports where there was a peninsula with the ocean on both sides and then a breeze. The same is true in much of the world, like in Africa there is a reason we colonized South Africa but not the rest of Africa.

We put the military headquarters for India I believe in what is now the capital of Pakistan, Islamabad. Its about as far North as you can go, and up in Northern Pakistan in the Mountains where it is cool.

Whites are adapted to survive in cold temperatures.
