It is by far the best thing you can do for yourself.

Learning how to punch, kick and grapple; learning how to utilise all that strength and size you gained at the gym. The confidence, the knowledge that if anyone tried to start something, you would have their number. Knowing that you could brutalise any woman you wanted in milliseconds.

You also get the chance to choke women out COMPLETELY LEGALLY. I got my blue belt in BJJ a couple years ago, and I have rolled with women countless times. They don't approach me to roll, but by the time you've asked them, almost everyone else will have paired up and they'll regretfully acquiesce. Then it's go-time.

Five minutes on the timer. You can exercise your will, use all your strength and skill to dominate your partner. I try to be gentle for the most part. I made the mistake of suplexing a girl one time. We were starting from standing, and the wrestling at BJJ clubs is mediocre at the best of times. I practice wrestling too, so it was a simple matter, but I underestimated how little strength it would take and slammed this petite indian girl hard into the mat. She gasped hard as the wind left her lungs, which was an arousing sound, but ultimately disappointing as it brought the roll to an end. Don't make that mistake: be gentle. Pull guard, let her work her top game, and then, once she's feeling comfortable, sweep her, take her back, and lock in a tight choke. Start squeezing hard from the outset, because she will likely tap fast (unless she's one of the more serious competitors who might try and resist for longer).

So, why aren't you MMA-maxxing yet?

They don’t have mma training here.

Ok greycel.

Fakecel for having skin contact with a female @Zer0/∞

I’m too scared of being beaten up

I have little interest in physical development.

You have to start somewhere brother. The first month, you take your licks, but you grow, and you improve, and soon you will hardly recognise the man that first entered that gym.

anyone can do it. The Average man at BJJ is normal looking. Many are overweight. If you are a gymcel that showered in the past three days, women will roll with you.

I agree 100%.
I love doing sparring, especially striking.

I wish I were better at striking to enjoy it more. My preference is when both striking and grappling are allowed. What do you train?

Mogs me :feelshaha: you made that sound as sexual as possible

Sounds like a win win

No idea why everyone isn't doing it already
Probably because 99% of this forum are omega males basement dwellers with stick physique and anime pfp

I do not understand it either. It helps you improve physically. It will be a massive help with depression and melancholia by acting as a huge dopamine hit, as well as providing a sense of progression (demarcated not only by improvment in skill but by actual belts and ranks). You get to touch and be in close contact with women, if you so choose. And there is a real sense of camaraderie that develops simply by virtue of attending a class.

It is the incel escape. I have no doubt met other incels at classes before, and I suspect it is one of the few times a week they get to be happy

You should really go brother. The first class is free, and I truly believe it somsething every incel should try
my social anxiety is the only thing holding me back. its legit suifuel whenever i go out but i'd really like to pursue training

That's understandable. It's what held me back from starting earlier, if i'm honest.

I'll say this: a lot of people at class are incredibly socially awkward and anxious, it's not a bunch of a jocks by a long shot. The first class is the hardest in that way. You could consider taking a small dose of an anti-anxiety medication before your first class, just to get yourself through the door.

Seriously, they‘re all mentally stuck adults that phantasize about japanese drawings.
They tell everyone here on .is how unfair everything and everyone is towards them and how they would like to torture and kill people.

But in real life they are nerds sitting in their mama‘s basement at their early 20s and would be trashed by every 16 year old JFL.

Mainly K1 and Boxing but I also train BJJ every 2nd week. What about you?

True. Being ugly is not your fault. Being pathetic is. I know the difficulties of being born hideous and deformed: it's not easy, and romance is not an option. But if you hold yourself back from achieving things, from working towards a goal, just in virtue of your appearance, that's on you.

I have always encouraged my brothers on incel forums to work out (not for women, but for themselves), start businesses, and learn skills. This is not to make women attracted to you. This is to make you attractive to yourself. This is to allow you to live.

BJJ and wrestling multiple times a week. Muay thai/MMA a few times a month. Wish I had started boxing much younger, but I was too much of a coward back then to engage in proper sports.

I tried the same so many times here, but many members are pathetic losers that want to stay pathetic losers, rather than working on something that is not foid-related.

It’s like talking to a wall mate…

How young are you bro? You can still start striking, especially if you’re under 25, because striking is most about reflexes, quickness and precision. Grappling is more technique and strength based.
Endurance is necessary for both.

Older than 25 mate haha. My strking is better than someone that's untrained, but, especially in pure boxing, I'll never have the reflexes and intuition required. Muay Thai with its clinching and kicking/distance management I can do a bit better. But grappling is my game. I have a great memory, a lot of strength and endurance, so I can be a real menace against dudes that are significantly bigger than me.

You planning on competing?

Then it’s grappling for you. Con is that you have to get them to the ground so you can turn the fight into grappling mainly. As soon as you got them down, it’ll be easy for you.

Nah man, I‘ll stick with being an amateur, I don’t want to suffer under Parkinsons later and I don’t want to have a deformed face either. What about you? Are u competing?

Yeah the takedown is essential. If you've got a good sprawl and balance, I might be shit out of luck. But that's why I started pure-wrestling on top of BJJ.

Brain damage is a big one, and also why I lean grappling. I need my brain, and being punched in the head, even if just sparring a bit harder than normal, doesn't feel great! I'm probably going to do an ammy Charity MMA match in the next year, to tick it off the bucket list. I'm pretty confident. I'm very strong for my weight class thanks to low bodyfat and strength training, and wrestling in this country is non-existent. And i get to raise money for charity, so why not?

I did 5 years of boxing and 2 years of kickboxing and it was very much fun

MMA is very brutal tbh, i don’t want to end up with dementia at age of 30 because of the hard punches at my skull

It surely doesn’t, but I don’t care anymore honestly.

Good luck champ :feelsYall:

I did BJJ for about 6.5 years and some kick boxing, muay thai, and wrestling during that time period and did a couple MMA fights for a charity organization that fights Childhood cancer( I don’t support that but my buddy knew the guy and set me up for a few fights) The first fight was great i won with a triangle choke. The second one i got kicked in the head so hard i don’t even remember what happened i just woke up in a car on the way to a hospital. Winning the fight is the best feeling ever and losing is the worst feeling ever. But yea the brain damage is a serious thing. One of the reasons I don’t really wanna pursue competitive mma

It would interfere with my gymmaxxing

Not really available in my third world shithole

Boxing and kickboxing mogs

Did you gain confidence from it?

I’d be down to try, I am gymmaxxed after all

Did you gain confidence from it?
Oh yeah. I became very confident and felt very superior, before i got stabbed with a knife and suffered from PTSD after it

learn how to fight with your fists

Yes. Despite what BBJ-tards would have you believe, boxing is king in street fights and self-defence.

I decided to do some volunteering a few weeks ago at an old person’s home. I met this based old Black guy who was 93 and surprisingly lucid. I told him I do BJJ and he talked about how he used to box back in the day and he admitted he hated every second of it, but he was so obsessed with potentially KTFOing someone on the street like some white racist or a rival Black guy that it motivated him to lead a healthy life
