They hoard botnets and use them to spread ransomware then launder money via bitcoin into monero and tumble it back into bitcoin, then slowly cash it out and launder it with real life businesses or their "SAAS website" and then use the money to purchase property over the globe and invest in various assets under various names and legal entities while doing whatever they can to keep high as fuck opsec level and not shine anywhere without need.

I have some experience in networking and already have some networking certificates that are too difficult even for regular IT people to get.
Best I know how to do is configure OSPF/EIGRP on servers, use reverse DNS lookup to dox (did this with several people who scammed me online and I threatened them with their own information), and use packet sniffing tools...at that point I'm just a skid with networking experience because I don't know how to make my own packet sniffing tools such as Wireshark and I don't know how to do stuff like make my own booter.
