Apparently this guy is seen as 'monstrous' for saying he feels he deserves a partner and expressing some of the things he would like in a relationship.
Not too sure his 'views' are as extreme as they're made out to be. He talks about equality in relationships in this one. He's possibly just quite inexperienced with them in general and has this laundry list of things he wants from a girlfriend. He is just placing emphasis on his end of the deal, he works in finance, he rents girlfriends, he sees things transactionally. To him it may be like a business deal. He wants these things from a potential girlfriend. And then presumably said girlfriend will want certain things from him too... I don't see how this makes him a 'monster'. Girls do this too, they list the things they want from a boyfriend - all the time. But most often when they are less experienced too.
