My body is soft and squishy. It gives the best squashmallow hugs. My body lets me be there for my kids and my body gave me my kids. I get to use my body to make them their favorite foods, I can go play with them, make arts and crafts with them, I give the best cuddles and my kids like to pile on top of me while we watch tv. (I call them my possum babies)

Yikes, sweaty, let's unpack this. Trust me, it's all in your head, nobody cares that much about your looks. Least of all a child. Turn off the spotlight effect, everyone has their own problems, no one cares about how you look, I'm pretty sure you just misjudged the situation. There's no shame in going to therapy, and I believe it would quite help you. Remember, first you must love yourself before others can love you.
