Why are Western Europeans such mean, rude, arrogant assholes?

I went there twice (2 weeks the first time and 4 weeks the second time) and I was treated rudely and meanly by so many people, ESPECIALLY in the Netherlands (several occasions). But I or my mother (who went with me on the second trip, I went alone on the first trip) who was with me was treated badly and rudely by people in Spain, the UK, the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, France, etc. People were so arrogant and mean to us on many occasions (store workers, hotel workers, restaurant workers, taxi drivers...many types of people), and we were just quiet, super nice to everyone, trying to enjoy ourselves. Maybe it was my face and average height (5'9"). Maybe they hate Americans? I don't think it was race (we're white). I was surprised they were mean to my elderly mom on multiple occasions (for absolutely no reason) because foids usually get treated better in public.

Both travel experiences added to my current desire to never go outside.

Western Euros are all autistic and weirdos, and this behaviour increases as you go north, scandinavians are borderline anti social and mentally ill and foids being nymphomaniacs for chad as well. This is what I've faced with everyone from there, Americans are not so much even when white.
