Whenever i see normies parroting about le hecking epic indie that saved the generation I always see how some seem to enjoy the fucking music more than the actual game(Sometimes because the game is fucking garbage like undertale), and i mean, why? Most of the time is just:
Vomit inducing chiptune
Trooncore-i mean breakcore
"Metal" so soy it almost feels like shoegaze

Yet they are always circlejerking about it.

In general people on the homosexuality spectrum tend to obsess over trendy shitty music all the time. It's not something new.
They have horrible taste, on everything. And music in particular is one of the hardest things to have good taste in, because you have to listen to a lot of different things to develop a sense of what's good and what's not, or play an instrument (a real instrument, not messing with the piano roll)

And probably because, of all the games you play, other than the story and the visuals, the next thing that will be on your mind is the music, since video games only really ever use The sight and hearing sense. Hearing the music will make you remind of an event that happened, or something you did during that time.
