When a depressed man shot and killed the longest serving ex pm of Japan over his connection to the unification church of Korea what exploited his mother of her money and caused his brother to kill himself this assassination caused the Japanese public to look into the church and after investigations it's caused the church to be disbanded and the man who did it is widely liked and has been sent manga in prison

Every other assassination I can think of has backfired for example MLK caused the civil rights act to signed sooner and even Charlie Kirk has just empowered nick Fuentes massively
