I didn't measure the thickness change, so I couldn't give you a number. But the increase was significant enough to be noticeable. You could also do LSJL on your joints to increase thickness and possibly increase limb length.
As far as shoulders, they may grow depending on the growth plates. If they are fused, your shoulders will likely not increase in size unless you gymcel. The good news is that they stay open far longer than the bones in your legs and arms, allowing someone in their 20's tops to increase clavicle.
Clavicle length is pretty much done, i heard 80% of your growth happens up to the age of 12, and i'm 25 now so my growth plates are 100% closed rn... i'll look into the LSJL though that's very interesting...
