Depends, the torso configuration is cheaper to make because less material and men are often happy with just the holes and breasts.

All sexdoll shops I have seen show face and body pictures so I don’t know what you are talking about. Also it’s more convenient for buyers looking for a specific body but they want the face from another brand of doll, they are often compatible and you can switch heads.

Your probably looking at the dolls that are on amazon those never have heads or they are ugly as hell. You gotta get one from a real sex doll store not amazon they have tons of options
