So lately I’ve noticed that, even with my closest friends, people just randomly ignore me or shut me out completely without any reason.

Over the last few months I’ve lost many “friends” because of this phenomenon. I used to talk to one of my old class mates in the gym. But lately he just ignores me when I try to talk to him or else he’ll just nod at me.
