There are both old and young incels here. I'm 18 and I'm one of the younger ones here.
Inceldom is rarely the cause of suicide . Mostly main commit suicide because of family or financial issues.
It is extremely rare to hear that a man committed suicide because he was ugly.

Even if it were true, family issues and financial issues are a direct result of not being attractive.
There are studies out there that show parents treat attractive children much better and love them more than unattractive children.
If you are good looking money will also come extremely easy. Also tons of studies on this.

The creator of /r/braincels is one such example, just recently someone found the obituary of a decently famous Black incel youtuber who committed suicide, as well other lower profile incels who have sadly passed.
Of course you'll never hear studies that say "Sexually unsuccessful men are killing themselves a lot!" or "Ugly men are killing themselves in droves" instead they'll say more like "Depression is the leading cause of suicide" or "Bad mental health", vague terms like that which obfuscate the real reason, depression isn't some magical mental state that comes out of nowhere. Meanwhile "Job loss" or "financial issues" will be listed at the bottom of reasons.

1. Time. The longer you live, imaginably the higher odds of your getting laid. In other words, the percent of 25-year-olds who are virgins is lower than the percent of 16-year-olds or 18-year-olds.
2. Pre-college vs. college age. Many people who never got laid in high school get laid in college. Contributes to the above effect. High school cliquey culture is partially to blame, which is why many high school rejects may identify with inceldom but then find a new social circle and more lax social environment in college and eventually get laid if they were never that ugly to begin with.
3. Academic cuckinization. In other words, most Western universities push blue pilled values more heavily, leading to people becoming more liberal and less likely to identify with inceldom even if they are in fact incels.
4. More free time. Teenagers and college students have more time to waste online in forums like these than working adults.
5. More susceptibility to hypetrains and such. Younger people are easier to influence and enfranchise; with the Alek Minassian attacks, we likely have attracted a large number of people who were susceptible to the blackpill, but are in fact future or current normies.

After a certain age you cant' ascend anymore. At 30 the best you can hope for is a used up 25 year old granny who gave her youth to superior men. If that's ascension then so is escortcelling. If I was an oldcel i'd either rope or look for better copes that don't involve dating.
The thing is, hardcore hypergamy really took off after the mass adoption of smartphones and social media, and this affects younger people the most, the number of incels will increase dramatically over the next decade, as will the number of single mothers who would rather get knocked up by some random chad instead of getting a proper relationship with their looksmatch.
Most 30+ identify as MGTOW rather than Incel because they had one girlfriend in their mid 20s who they lookmatched and think a few months of ascencion outweighs decades of being alone.

For a lot of people inceldom disappears in later stages of life once they get their career going.
