Is it due to the fact that Ramen comes from Asia, and that ramen is the go to food for NEETS and broke college students(period where a lot of bluepilled incels get exposed to black pill)

It actually came from the phrase

"Rice-eating, noodle-slurping, constipated Asian noodle-whores."

Because Asian noodles like Udon and sticky rice can make you constipated if you are not used to it. Well, it happens to me every time when I eat Udon or sticky-rice and as you fuckers already know how I take "shitting" seriously.

I said it once on /r/incels and people started to pick it up and now it's a mainstream now.
