Why are Americans does these things:
-If they accidentally make eye contact with you they greet you
-When they say to me how you doing,I answer them I'm doing good and you? They don't answer back
-when they're smiling you don't see their teeth (mostly women smile like that)
-they can greet you one time but next day/week they ignore you
