Why am I getting shorter? (Late 20s)

I swear I feel like I’m getting shorter. I have measured and seems I have lost near an inch. I do mild gymceling but I avoid things that compress me but still feels like I have been slowly losing height over 5 years or so.

With normal compression my height used to come back in the morning now it doesn’t. Wtf why am I being punished.

Could be posture. Men generally don't lose height till 40's

Could be but I stood as straight as I can whenever I measure. Fucked up posture might’ve perma ruined my spine
