One time sparred a guy who was 6'3 220lbs. Im 5'9 155lbs. People who watched agree I win and I got some good shots and he was pretty slow honestly. But everytime I got hit in the face by him I would see static. It was brutal but at least I won. Not in favor fighting people much bigger than you. Very possible to get knocked the fuck out.
