I'm not into race-baiting, but I think even if you asked the most racially biased Irish and Italians, they would say that the Irish have more fire. Italian violence is about skill and weapons. It's why Italian gangsters look down on other ethnicities as barbaric. "Fake gangsters" they call everyone else. Sloppy, bums. But in a pure fight? You want the sloppy barbarian.
