It depends. The way I see it is that, because communism does not work, it will "evolve" into different systems under the guise of communism. For example you had Romania who banned LGBT birth control and abortion, then you had maoist anarchy, to titoism which was a decent model, to the ultra autarkic isolationist Juche model of NK.
