No, but clearly I'm out of the loop when it comes to incel e-drama. It is a bit strange that the account came out of a 9 month hiatus to post here, especially when their post history is clearly a bit strange. Maybe they're a woman LARPing as an incel, or an incel LARPing as a woman, or neither. Idk.

I think its beyond a shadow of a doubt that devoteecel and wheelieprincess are the same the same person. Was one a character whilst the other was their true self? I think not. Both their activities on incels.is and on reddit read as LARP.

Their posts are just too over-the-top, too comical. Both are obviously characters. Despite saying that I think devoteecel is truer to his real self. We can't say for certain that devoteecel is a man or a woman, but it seems like its a man. He also speaks Spanish (on both accounts), so its likely he actually is Mexican, but who knows.
