i had to get it for my job. i think i got the pfizer one.

a few hours after taking: arm starts hurting
day later: arm hurts like hell, hard to move.
2 days later (today): arm hurts a little, but is easier to move again.

edit: also, i had a headache during the day after.

it's been 4 days now. arm feels mostly normal now i guess.
