I'm leaning insane troon. Despite what people are saying, this wasn't a professional shot. He used a bullet that couldn't penetrate Kirk's steel armor suit. The shot missed low significantly.
Israel doesn't make sense here with the optics. Kirk was a well-known Zionist that only recently started mildly questioning Israel.
The conspiracy theory I could buy is moving the narrative from the Ukrainian hole's murder which is water awareness that niggers are violent apes, to more left vs right battle. Plus, the more reasonable left like the populists, Bernie Bros, etc... want to splinter away from endless identity politics, especially troons which will never be truly accepted by normies. Deep down, if they could be honest, they're siding with Trump ending troon insanity. But, a demonstration like this seems far too extreme for the situation.

Idk insane Troon definitely but I think radicalised because Charlie was only just starting to notice and if he did completely he would’ve really shifted the entirety of the contemporary right in atleast American youths and a lot of people are starting to notice so they might want to set an example and it also works as a divider between left and right (true right and contemporary) which is what they want in the 2 party system
