So what happened was the New York Times did some deep-dive investigation into another forum they managed, Sanctioned Suicde. They NYT tracked down the real names and addresses of Master and SergeantIncel, the original admins:

Since then they resigned and separated themselves from the forum, more or less confirming the NYT's reporting. Since then Fat Link and Infinity have been the top admins
