Serious Who is legit deformed here?

I have a head that is way too big for my body and too elongated. There is no surgery for this, except something no surgeon would accept for mere aesthetics (breaking my skull apart and putting my naked brain into an artificial skull made of titanium and plastic).

Who here has a legit, actual physical deformity? If you just don't like your nose, keep out of this topic please.

Loose skin is an easily fixable deformity, but okay, depending on the amount of loose skin that could qualify.

Yeah, not on the level of Venne or onecooldude but my head circumference is 26” and I have a bobblehead look. My bone structure is ok but my head grew too much so I have too much of a rounded look, basically the bone growth occurred with my upper third. Makes me look “off”.

Lazy eye - > Legit deformity, I know a chadlite who has been fucked because of this, and once a girl straight told me she could never date someone with a lazy eye.

Short and brown - > No sorry, you can date women on your level assuming hypergamy isn't rampant where you live.

Acne scars - > Legit deformity if serious, can it be fixed through laser surgery or skin grafts?

Loose skin is determined by genetics and I look very defotmed

I have a legit deformity, pectus carinatum, also known by the far less flattering name 'pigeon chest', I've seen a specialist consultant about it and he described mine as 'moderate pronounced' take that any way you want as I'm not posting pictures of myself here. It's a rib cage deformity which usually results in your sternum protruding outwards towards the left/right, or in the middle. It can cause breathing difficulties as one side of your rib cage is compressed due to the overgrown bone/cartilage on one side.

As a result I've found it extremely difficult to go shirtless even in the most sweltering temperatures around other people. Let alone be intimate with a women and having to take my shirt off to reveal my lopsided pectorals. It can usually be treated around ages 14 when the bone hasn't hardened. However I was only diagnosed when I was 18 and by that time I had mature bones that were too hard to mold into a normal shape by use of a brace.

Unilateral cleft lip, with the minimum of corrective surgery( why the fuck didn't I get more surgeries growing up!!!). Only cleftcel here as far as I know.
