No one looks like me because I have uniquely deformed jaws and features. If I just looked like a normal ugly guy like the one you posted I wouldn't be here. I'd be living a normal life like 99% of normal ugly guys do.

I have had to have repeated major surgery to even enter the remotely normal zone and I'm still a few surgeries away from achieving that level of "normie tier average ugliness".

I don't really know what "ginger skin type" is. I've stayed out of the sun (big surprise) and never drank or smoked, so my skin's not too leathery or beat-up. It's not porcelain smooth, but it's not fucked up by wrinkles or acne-scares. I do have a couple of scars, and a smallish mole above my mouth, on the spot where the cheek becomes the upper lip.

I'm not super-pale, but I have aged pretty well (considering I'm 36). The worst age-related thing is my receded hair-line, that I've kept in check with propecia - but still bugs me despite no one ever directly commenting on it.

I'm not ginger though. Well, my beard is a little red.

I already got lazy eye correction surgery. It is a very high risk surgery. There is 30-60% chance of the lazy eye coming back, which was the case in my situation. Also got laser treatment on scars. It kinda helped with color. With crates no so much.

I could use rhino to fix my crooked nose and HT to fix nw3 but i feel like they'd be lipstick on a pig while i still can't look straight with my pizza face.

That sucks man, your eyes are only slightly off but your acne scars are bad. You ca get those fixed however with injections.

Oh yeah I hear you. I know it's risky surgery - I've read about it before. There's no reason you can't get it revised at least one more time. You'd just have to research and plan as much as possible to pick the best surgeon. What's the worse that could happen?

Try retinoid creams and estriol creams for the acne scars. Good proof out there they work over time.

When I was a child and in early in puberty I looked identical to young Joseph Gordon Levitt, I even had the same exact hair. Also same skin, eye and hair color. I still look similar to him, but not as handsome. My nose and eyes are more European looking that Lewitt's, but skull shape, eyebrows, forehead and general features are very similar.
I basically look like the second pic, but with a smaller more aquiline nose. I look 15 at 22. I'd probably look closer to 3rd pic if I cut down to 10-12% body fat, but I've been skinnyfat my whole life. I've always had a soft babyface, but I'm working on it now.

Don't get me wrong, I'm nowhere near as handsome as present day Levitt because I look infantile and my chin is not as strong and square and I have a slight overbite. Not going to lie, though, my facial symmetry is almost perfect, I just don't look masculine enough because of my round features.

there's a small chance of going blind even in 1st surgery. The risk of lazy eye coming back increases SIGNIFICANTLY after certain age. I am 27 yo. The question is "is it worth taking when there 70% of chance that lazy eye will come back with a vengeance ? should i risk going blind for 25-30% ?
