In high school I was regarded as a top student in some subjects, even winning a few prizes. Had I retained the will to study, I would have gone to college and probably succeeded.
But the perspective of spending five more years among young people in a co-ed environment with "sexual freedom" was too much to bear for me. I dropped out and neetcelled for a while before finding a high school level administrative job. I didn't go to college solely because I didn't want to deal with the degenerate social life of colleges in the 21st century, and suffer more psychological abuse caused by my looks. Many of my former teachers, who saw a bright future for me, would be very surprised by the underachiever I have become.
Do I regret my decision? Not really. I've met a few ugly and non-NT men who were forced into college by their parents, and they all became crazy (severe depression, rage) at some point. I know one ugly red-hair guy in particular who dropped out of his history degree despite being the best student and who now works in a warehouse. He said himself that he was driven mad by the co-ed dorms in particular.
Ugly men are bound to become crazy in the modern college environment, unless they can cope with religion or psychiatric drugs. You can't remain indifferent to so many girls in their prime being snatched up by 8+ men. This will cause insanity.
