SuicideFuel I had the worst dream of my life

I wasn't in the dream. It showed a boy and girl who had known each other since elementary school and were having a relationship until they became boyfriend and girlfriend in high school, eventually going to college and about to graduate and get married. Then they have a son.
Finally, I appear in my room, dress in black, arm myself with a shotgun, and go outside to the ER.
Then, during the shooting, I run into this couple and kill them (I wasn't with their son, by the way).
Basically, my dream was a different perspective, the couple's and my own, as if it were a movie.
The dream was so specific that it left me thinking and in a state of shock.

I once dreamed of hell. It looked like a green landscape full of flowers, but people had to drink from a large and deep river that was the only water source. They all fell into the river and the stream took them to a reverse waterfall that was flowing upwards and took them away, everytime someone fell and disappeared into the sky in the waterfall a really loud and scary cracking sound was heard. I woke up before I could see the rest.

dreamed i was bloody bitten by a chunky rat under a bed in darkness m. night shyamalan style and my teeth was high-tech scanned on the outer premises to make the doctor’s appointment faster. even though after the scan a partial foam model of my teeth popped up on the whole thing and an appointment confirmation receipt was chef kiss propiety tech except it shouldn’t have been. inside, doctor was all “oh no your asymmetric alien skull the bottom phantom section due to no exercise is affecting your rotting jaw nerves along the ear to the teeth, you have to start exercising or you’ll die from further postural dysfunction and chronic density deficiency”

I remember I once had a dream about living my whole life with a girl and having a family which was life fuel for a while but in the long term it just made me more depressed and hopeless. I was forced to watch a 8 hour movie about what I'd never actually have pretty much.

Why is that hell? What was so torturous about the reverse waterfall?
